Works Department

Handles the planning, design, implementation, and maintenance of infrastructure projects and public works essential to community development. This includes the construction of roads, bridges, schools, hospitals, water supply systems, and other vital facilities. Responsible for ensuring projects are executed within budget and on schedule while adhering to safety standards, environmental sustainability, and regulatory requirements.

Regularly inspects and evaluates existing infrastructure to identify necessary repairs and upgrades, ensuring public assets remain functional and efficient. Coordinates with various government departments, private contractors, and community stakeholders to address immediate infrastructure needs and plan for long-term growth and modernization.
